** Final Update**
We no longer own this trailer. It sat in the service department since the first of the month and wasn't touched. The service department said they were waiting for approval from FR to begin repairs, FR said they never heard from the service department about any problems with our unit. We just got fed up with the run-around and insisted they buy back this defective trailer. We took a loss on the deal, but recouped most of our money. I doubt they will even fix the furnace/duct issue and just re-sell it to some other poor soul.
It has been a very disappointing experience and I doubt we will ever look at another FR product. Just relieved this is finally over with and the money's back in the bank!
