New A/C

On our firts trip of the year that required the A/C, we found out the hard way that our A/C had lost it's freon. Price to possibly repair was too high compaired to a new unit, so I replaced it.

The old unit was a Dometic Brisk Air (Non-Ducted). I have always disliked this A/C. The vents are in a bad location in relation to the near by bathroom wall, and it was loud. I took the oppertunity to replace it wirh a Colemen Mach 3 unit, which has vents located in the center of each end (beeter for our setup). It is also quieter than the old unit.

I replaced the unit myself. When removing the old unit, I discovered that only one of the hold down bolts was what could be considered tight. Two were finger tight, and one was less than finger tight. I was lucky it never leaked.
