Simple answer, if the manufacturer says it is for outside use only that is where it should be used. And I agree with the Carbon Monoxide concern.

Yes, that's it! I'm wondering if there will be enough clearance in the rear. In also looking to remove the grill and mount permanently on the kitchen slide out.

Thats a great mod but what I noticed in the pictures was a mod that I use myself.. A bungee to hold the fridge door shut while traveling...I like the way you think,

That bungee is a necessity for sure. The two things I find most idiotic about that fridge are:

1. It doesn't have a manufactured mechanism to lock it closed.

2. Whoever designed it had never heard of a standard, American soda or beer can. Nothing fits well. The only can that will allow maximum packing is the slim Coors Light cans. This doesn't work for me as I only drink the beer representing mountains from my home state.....Rainier it is!

You could make it work but probably not real well. Mine has about an inch of clearance from the back metal of the kitchen to the back of the Blackstone. It's close but is enough clearance to work properly. The other clearance issue is the face of the Blackstone. The knob sticks off the front and is close to the kitchen door when it closes....like an inch or less. It's a tight fit but works great.

The Walmart Blackstone is likely to long front to back to fit on that drawer slide with the kitchen door closed.
