Outside kitchen locks

E picked up out sp240 today and when we got it to our storage location unhooked and we walked around to ensure everything was secured however we cannot Get the outside kitchen to secure we turn the locks and then they pop out of position not allowing it to secure does anyone else have this problem?

I had a similar problem and the latch was installed backwards. The bend went back to the door rather than away from the door and it could not latch easy. Simply unscrewed the screw on the end and flipped it

I also had another that was on the right way and just tight. Dealer said take pliers and bend it out more, i did and it worked as well
