Actually, they don't - FAQ's . but they do come with a flow adjuster that turns the water flow down to a trickle. Some folks who wanted a complete shut-off valve have installed an after-market device, available from many sources.

I bought a chrome shut off at Home Depot and it shuts off the water to the shower head completely. DH installed it directly above the faucet so it's easier for those of us who are vertically challenged.

I also installed the Oxygenics shower head and got shut off valve from Lowes. Needed to buy a new holder because original was to close to ceiling, (other shower head was shorter), and did not want to move original holder and have holes to fill. Just remember to point shower away from you when you turn on shut off valve in case of shot of hot or cold water.

I also bought the oxygenics showerhead very easy to install
1. make sure the water is off
2. unscrew old showerhead
3. screw on the new head
your done
unless your like me and bought and replaced the hose also. So now I have a complete shower hose and head replacement in my "tool" box (not to be confused with the DH'S tools box)

Haven't used it yet but looking forward to........

These shower heads ROCK!!!! I had one in my Jayco and wouldn't take my XLR out with our one being installed. Everybody that has felt the pressure form this shower head and bought one. I thnk I have sold about 12 or so for the company!!! Both campers the new shower head fit into the old holder. You can purchase this shower head from Camping World. DH install a manual shut off that he got at a local dealer.
Also side note they are only 1.7 gallons per min!!!
