Hi, Your tow vehicle will be fine. Like any trailer, the 235RKS has its good and bad points. We really love ours and it has been a good unit. It sleeps a lot of people and has everything you need. It it relatively compact so you can get into a lot of places that you couldn't with a longer trailer. The King bed is awesome. Here are some of the drawbacks that we see after living with one for 4 years and about 80 nights. 1) Lot's of storage room but not a lot of storage places! e.g. shelves, cabinets, etc. 2) There is not a lot of open floor space (no floor slide). So you can be bumping into each other a bit; especially on a rainy day. A bigger issue with kids present (and/or dogs). We would buy another 235RKS in a heartbeat though. It is perfect for our needs. Tows like a dream; lower than competitive brands; less wind resistance. I figure we get about 1 mpg advantage with the Surveyor vs units that typically sit about 1.5 feet higher. Good luck. Have fun. Let us all know what you do.
