I too have a '09 235rks. As far as raining from condensation, I Always leave the roof vents open... You will need to install some maxair's or something similar... I will open the kitchen window sometimes also... I usually run a small electric heater, I only use the propane furnace if I have no other option.

I have two small children and my wife and I sleeping in the trailer... I can actually feel the condensation on the inside of the slide corners (near the headboard) when camping in the cold. I think that it is as much the people creating the vapour as it is the furnace. Someone else may have an opinion about this also...

cheers and enjoy,

Get a maxxair fan or vent cover so you can leave a ceiling vent
open. We also usually leave the window over the sink open a crack.
It's not the furnace, it's the cold and your breath.
It sounds counter intuitive to leave windows open in the cold but
that's what we all have to do.
We leave both our roof vents open nearly 24/7/365.
If it's extremely cold we might close the one over the bathroom.

We do lots of cold weather camping in our 235RKS; frequently 35 to 40 degrees at night. 2 adults and 2 terriers. I agree that the moisture is from respiration. We will get moisture on the windows but that's about it. And we don't leave any vents open at night when it is cold. We open vents after it warms up a bit to get the moisture out of the trailer. It has never been much of an issue for us.
