Sagging liner under the camper? Anyone have experience or advice about this?

Hello Campers! I have a question relating to a 2012 Surveyor model SVP305. We are considering an upgrade trade of our hybrid Surveyor. The camper seems good otherwise but when we looked at the underneath of the camper, the black "liner" is sagging all over the place. Is this normal and is it something to be concerned about? Not looking forward to getting into something that already has the starts of big troubles. Is this something that could be fixed by us if the dealer does not?
In choosing this model I see on the forum that we may want to consider a futon or other alternative to the inflatable mattresses in the couches. I saw that for the first time today when we looked at the camper in greater detail...and thought it may be a pain. not really a great option! That is the only thing I do not like about the layout. (before buying of course! ....sure there will be other things if we buy)

Even new it will have some sag between the cross members. Maybe post a picture so others can compare and see if yours may be abnormal.

I sure wish I had taken a picture when we were at the dealer but I didn't. I can tell you it looked like an ocean of waves under there. It wasn't a few small ripples. I am assuming this is something I should be concerned about???

Are you sure there's no water in the sagging area? Mine sagged in one spot and I found a leak above it. Fixed the leak and used an 1/8" drill at the lowest point to make sure water wouldn't collect.

We had rain water running down side of camper and getting trapped in black liner. Dealer ran bead of clear sealer around outside flange to prevent rain water from getting into black liner. Dealer said this was common problem with this camper and they started adding sealer to all campers with liner.
