Shower curtain

Has anyone modified the shower curtain to obtain more space?

I was actually looking for something that attaches to the ceiling, something like a half moon aluminum track that is permantely mounted

We replaced the standard shower curtain rod with this expanding shower rod and not only do we get much needed elbow room inside the shower we also get about 33% more rod space to hang towels, swimsuits, etc that need drying. Having said that, be careful not to overload as it is only held in place with four screws (two in each side)

The track you are referring to comes it 8 foot strips & you bend it how you want it. The only place I have bought it from is a RV Surplus Store in IN. I would think any RV Parts store could get it for you.

The Extend-a-shower from Camping World is permanently installed. It works GREAT! My wife loves it. Simple to install. Better than a permanently curved installation in my book because you can collapse it inward and get things out of the way. Also, it can be used to drip dry bathing suits etc. and the water will drip right into the tub.
