It may help to describe your problem a little more in detail. Won't open, won't close, leaks when open or closed. A few more details please.

And by the way

The problem I'm having is when the rear slide is being extended the two rollers guiding the slide is rubbing on the bottom. Every time we open the unit the rubbing gets worst and the damage as well. The plates have now been deformed so much they will need to be replaced. I brought the unit back to my dealer and now he's fighting with ForestRiver to get them to fix it and we are not getting anywhere fast. Does anybody know if there's an adjustment?

Is it the side brackets that hold the roller that are scrapping the bottom of the slide? Mine scrap a bit. I've not seen an adjustment. I've considered just filing the brackets to increase the clearance.
