I don't have that trailer but it looks like on the virtual tour, there are duplex outlets in the bathroom, on the thermostat wall, the front side of the counter top, and likely behind the TV.
Based on other Surveyor models, the cabinetry on either side of the bed should each have a duplex outlet in the cubby in front of the wardrobe area. There should also be a duplex outlet in the outdoor kitchen area.
