The 29' is ball to bumber. They have either added a foot to the front frame or the box is 25'

Going back to mods from earlier threads...we put a syphon 360 vent on the black tank vent tube and it made a world of difference; maybe cause we didn't know how to clean the tank properly the 1st time, but haven't smelled anything since. Easy to put on. Screws do not line up with our model. I did not put new holes in the roof. Just used the butyl tape and rubber roof patch. It would take a hurricane to take it off. Highly recommend.

Welcome to all the new folks! Glad to have you on board.

I am still meaning to post pics of our mods, but we've been using the heck out of the trailer and I haven't had computer time. We just got back from a 7k mile 40 day trip. The trailer did great with not a single issue.

We just bought a 251RKS. Our first trip was over Colockum Pass in WA. We camped in a open field at 5,200. Except for a leak in the shower, it was a good initial outing.

Total noob - Kind of

I have read all of the posts in this thread and am even more psyched about our new purchase.
On vacation in Oregon last week we traded in our Starcraft 11RT pop-up on a 2016 Surveyor 245BHS.
This is our first TT and I was a little worried about towing it with my 2012 Ford F-150. I have the 3.5L Eco boost motor with the 3.55 gear ratio (tow package). The Max trailer weight is 9700lbs and a GCWR of 15,500. Does anyone think that I should have any concerns about this?
We have camped in it for a week and love everything about it so far. However, based on the posts, I am going to go home and check the gaps around our slide out. I have not noticed any so far but I want to be proactive.
