Surveyor 245BHS water pump location
Can someone tell me where the water pump is located on my 245BHS Surveyor? It sounds like it is in the front of the trailer near the the queen bed. Is it possibly under the clothes cabinet? Does anyone have any input on the difficulty it takes to get to it?

My guess is the same. Probably accessed from the pass through on the drivers side. As I recall there is a panel with 4-screws on the right (rear) side of the compartment right near the exterior swing door. We just bought ours 3-weeks ago and will be finding mine after we go out in it next week so I can make sure I know for winterizing.
Maybe someone else knows for certain but that is where I plan to look.

Ours is in the same place. Drivers side, front pass through storage. I also like that they included a bypass valve to make winterizing easier. I added another 5 feet of hose so I could place the bottles on the ground when syphoning the anti-freeze. I'd rather have a spill on the ground than inside the storage compartment.

I have a new 2016 451RKS with that pump behind the panel in the pass through. I am also thinking of cutting a panel into the bedroom side of the pump compartment. This will let warm air get to the pump in the winter. I use an oil filled electric heater to keep the inside of the trailer warm in the winter. I want the warm air to reach the water pump. All the tanks are empty, of course, and the TT is parked in my garage.

I have the 2015 model 245bhs. Unscrew the panel at the bottom of the closet aft of the slide out (4 screws). My winterizing tube, fresh water shutoff, and pump are there.

I'm going to have to retract my statement. You could get to it from under the closet but it would be a much easier R&I from under the sink. Picture attached (looking down and left under closet) for future reference.

This pictures represents my pet peeve with an RV, everything is just thrown together, cables are not secured and pipes are all over the place plus holes are poorly cut. Sure it work but looks terrible.

I have a 2017 245BHS and easily accessible from the front drivers side pass thru storage compartment as indicated behind removable panel. My pet peeve is they shortened the entire width of the pass thru storage compartment by the 4-5inch of the water pump. Just wasted void space the rest of the way across..... thinking about removing panels all the way across and just having open

2017 245BHS water pump location
I wonder why they moved it there? Is anything else there (winterizing tube/valve)?

I' would guess because closer and right above fresh water tank. I believe there is bypass/winterizing connection but I've not had to use it yet as just purchased.

Just today I moved mine. It was under the sink, and still is (as the picture in another post shows). I opened the lowest panel below the cabinet door in the bathroom. I then moved the pump so that my winterizing valve is within easy reach through the open panel. I then screwed it back to the floor. I'm hoping this works as planned. Removing that lower shelf in the cabinet each year was troublesome.
