Surveyor 250FKS

Just ordered a Surveyor luxury 250 FKS. Our first camper! Any owners out there?

Cool floorplan. That will be perfect for a couple. I like the new exterior graphics scheme as well.

Yes, an interesting floor plan. We have the 251rks so it is the reverse of your floor plan. We liked the access to the bathroom from the bedroom. Nice RV!

We took off the rear rack (will put it back when we need it). We also removed the under the body tire storage; thought it would be too difficult to use on the highway. Watch out for the load range "C" tires; LR Ds would be better.

We are picking it up tomorrow but won't get tot take it out for a couple weeks. I will let you know what I come up with though. I was apprehensive about not having a dinner but we really liked the chaise couch.

We bought ours today. Won't get it till end of April (our issue, not FR or the dealer). Having a couple of extra lights added to storage area because it's so dark in there.

We had to wait exactly 1 week from signing to pulling it off the lot. It was an excruciatingly long week for me.

You will LOVE your new trailer! Well worth the weight.

We've already had our first argument on where we are going on our first trip.

I'm looking at this same camper. I wonder how the front window on the nose holds up to the riggers of travel?

The front window leaked inside the first time out. Back to the dealership and they got it fixed. On our 3rd trip we found the glass cracked in 2 corners. Back to the dealership Monday to see what they say.

It was leaking some where on the left side. Couldn't see due the trim piece in place. Dealership said a seal wasn't set right. Next trip out it rained a lot but no leaks so all was good.

Where did you see the comments about the front windows leaking. I had seen much about this camper. We are enjoying it.

FB probably. There are a number of discussions about it there. Mine has been fine so far (245BHS), but I've been watching it, and waiting. I hope it stays solid, as I enjoy the front window.

We just picked ours up on Friday and have been spending the weekend loading it up. For some reason between the dealer and our home the 30A fuse for the slide blew out. You can imagine my dismay when I got it home and tried to get the slide to go out and got nothing.... Replaced the fuse and it works. Still curious as to why the fuse was blown. Dealer is 2 hours from us.
