Has anyone found the stamp on the rims that come on the new Select models that tell their weight capacity? I'd like to go to a "D" rated tire, but don't know if they will handle the pressure. They might be stamped on the inside, but I can't see it on the outside. I have "C" rated from the factory.
I had same issue - no stamps on the rims. had more than one tire dealer tell me I'd be fine at the 65 psi needed for the Kuhmo 857's (D Rated), as long as I replaced my stems with a better stem, which I had planned on anyway.

I went with the 195's. I really don't understand it, but a 205/75R14 is equal to a Kunho 195R14, because the Kumho is an "82 aspect" (European measurement) and not a 75 aspect.
Got that from several sources....

Thanks Fire Instructor...I put the Kumho's on my boat and bought the same size as the ST tires I had. Thankfully I had the clearance for them to fit because they were much bigger. I'm really happy with them so far. 2 years on a 33 ft. boat trailer and they show no signs of wear.
I put 195 Kumho's on my rims with no problems. Metal valve stems are required. The Kumho's are great.
