torq spec on wheel for 2008 Surveyor 255RS

Will be getting new tires on Saturday. Anyone know the torque spec for the wheels? Trying to avoid the installer going gorilla on them and over torquing the wheel.

Thanks!

Thanks, OldCoot, but I just have white steel wheels on my TT. I'm guessing there is a torque difference between steel and aluminum?

Yes there should be......
You don't happen to have a sticker by your wheels denoting torque values for your rig do you?

Between 90 110 foot pounds is what I've seen for a steel wheel

On cars I used to torque the steel wheels to 90 ft-lbs, but with the added stress on the camper wheels from turning, it probably wouldn't hurt to bump it up to 100 ft-lbs.
Aluminum wheels require more torque. Heck, the wheels on my new Dodge Ram call for 130 ft-lbs!

Good question, not sure to be honest. Never noticed one, but also have never looked.

I was thinking mine did but can't swear to it.
90-110 ftlbs is pretty standard for steel wheels .
