Just got back from our maiden voyage with brand new SP240 and found a couple of things. Drain connections to bathroom sink were not tightened at factory(medium water leak), and one of the clamps that hold kitchen sink tight to counter was found laying in bottom of cabinet. No big deal on either, but it does make you wonder.

I think I have all of our glitches<knock on wood> hammered out. I spent about two to three hours looking everything over and redoing some drawer glides, window latches, plumbing connections, etc. I'm very happy with our purchase but it does seem that more inspections on their final assembly line would give me an overall better feeling about their factory. I realize that they bounce and roll down the highway and some loosening is natural but there are also some minor design flaws like on our drawer glides on the outside kitchen. the wood they were tied to was only screws...just stapled together. That was gonna hold all of about a month before it dropped the drawer and contents. Anyway...again I'm happy but it is like being a homeowner of a second home! I'm just glad I enjoy fixing things and improving them!
