Vent cover
The plastic cover over my vent cracked. I was just curious if there is a certain style or brand I need. I have a 2004 surveyor sv261t.

I think the OP just wants the cover. Not a whole unit.

I am not sure where to got that other than a dealer. They have all those strange small parts.

Yes I know, camping world sells only the cover also....as an example

Yea I was looking online at camping world and saw they had different ones. Just not sure if I have to have a certain one to fit.

Yes, there are a couple different types. If you can take your existing cover off and take it to an RV store, that would be best. If not, get as much info off the vent and take pictures to show what you need.
I needed a new cover for my old Roo 23SS - fortunately, the Roo was at a camper dealer for service. I told the service manager to toss in a new cover and I would install it. I think it cost me about $15.

Check with Forest
River. I remember there was a recall on one model of those last year. The other thing you could do is get an over cover that allows the vent to be open in the rain, then the crack is not a issue. My dealer added
Two of those at 65.00 each. Makes it nice going down the road to have some ventilation back there.

I went with this also got it on Amazon for $19. Real easy to install and so much better quality than the one that was on there.
