Mine was leaking there and the wooden box behind the outside panel was the problem. The caulk around that box that houses the fridge components had separated from the sidewall of the camper. Some new caulk fixed the problem. Mine only leaked when the wind would blow the rain in from that side. May want to check it.

Does it leak regardless whether the slide is in or out?

Does the slide have an awning?

We got ours back a couple weeks ago from getting leaks fixed. The dealer was able to pressurize the inside and then use soap to check for air leaking on the outside, takes a lot of the guess work out. I have not seen any leak since.

I had a similar problem, the dealer ran a ridge of silicone caulk on the bottom of the opening inside the side vent.

Good luck

Thank you all for the feedback. We did run a ridge of silicone in each vent 2 weeks ago and it did not fix the issue. It leaks whether the slide is in or out- no awning on the slide. When the slide is in we can see that there is no moisture on the top of the slide.

Hopefully the dealer will be able to find the elusive leak and the damage won't be more extensive than we think. We were hoping to fix it on our own since they're saying it will take about 3 weeks. Keeping our fingers crossed that we'll have it back and ready to camp by 4th of July weekend!

Good luck, my refrigerator side vent wasn't sealed properly, inside wall swelled. Dealer reinstalled the vent, wall appeared to dry out and return to normal. They also reseal(?) the roof vent. The floor was a little spongy for awhile, dealer said it should go away (ha, ha). This was the least of problems. Don't you just love the fact there is no RV lemon law!

I'm working on the same problem, I can't see if there is any solution here. Anyone got any ideas? I caulked around the refer vent, changed a cap on the roof vent for the toilet, but I still get leakage in the closet. Hasn't rained since and am having trouble finding the wet spot on the outside.
