Weigh my setup

I have ready plenty of posts about owners who have weighed their unit.

My question is how? When on a trip can I stop at a hwy weigh station? Is that okay or just for truckers?

Or are their private ones out there?

There are private setups. The highway weigh stations won't tell you all that you need to know.

Most truck stops offer scales.

Many truckstops have scales as stated. Many are called CAT scales and they are in the area of the truck stop where the Big rigs fuel mostly. Many are in fact either to the right side or left side of the diesel pumps.

Loves truck stop will weigh it for a slight charge.
They also have water, propane and dumps along with fuel.
Flying J truck stop are also great.
