The seller did not provide a manual for the TT's axles? That wouldn't surprise us, unfortunately.
Here's what FR says for it's travel trailers:
"Wheel nut torque requirements vary depending on the size and manufacturer of the wheel. Always use the wheel manufacturer's recommendation but do not exceed 100 ft/lbs. on 1/2 inch studs, or 130 ft/lbs on 9/16 inch studs. Unless otherwise specified by the wheel manufacturer, use a final torque of 85-95 ft/lbs."
You're going to be in the 85-95 ft/lb crowd.
