2007 GSF 273 RL holding tank sizes.

I was told by the seller that the tanks were 35 gray, 35 black, and 45 Fresh with 6 in the water heater. The sticker on the outside shows 51 gallons for weight purposes (fresh water). Can anyone verify these numbers or know where to find the FACTS.
