Soon to be 2005 Grand Surveyor 273RL owner

Hey all,

I wanted to touch base and say hi. I am new to the 5er world since my family has been always TT. I talked to so many people about hitches and towing etc etc. Anyhow I live in windy SD and went with the 5er instead of the TT.

We got it for a steal of a deal being a 2005. It seems like they never even used it. The TV box is still under the bed. The filter cartridge was never installed. Everything is in perfect condition.

I decided on a B&W companion setup to work with my 2002 Ram 1500 QC SB. Hope I was not misled!!

-Tim

I just had that same experience as I purchased a 2005 Surveyor SV234 and the people before me barely even used it. I got it at a steal and even with the extras I tied into my loan like a ladder, WD, taxes, and dealer fees, it was still way under NADA value.

Ya I appretiated the nice cold weather and lack of sales. I was able to talk him into all kinds of goodies including the B&W Hitch!!

Welcome to the Surveyor Family. We are beginning our second season with our SV291 and think it is a Great Trailer. We bought ours during an "End of the Year Clearance" and got it for almost $11G under sticker price! Hard to walk away from that one. The Surveyor line seems to a very well built trailer, I've never read anything bad on them.
