There are no "wireing diagrams" for FR units.I think they just string wire around and hook it up (or sometimes not) where ever it has to go. No color codes either.

If the converter is overcharging the battery, you don't need a wiring diagram. You need a new converter unit.

If it's a WFCO like the one in our previous unit it's about time to replace it. Ours lasted about 8 years in our 2006 GS-280.

You can buy a converter/charging unit for that converter.

What makes you think it's over-charging the battery, as opposed to it just being a bad battery?

It boiled the battery dry and charges at 19 volts.

If it's charging at 19 volts and never goes into float then the charging section of the converter is bad. You can buy a new section at several places, but the best place I've found for sales and service is Best Converter. You can even buy a Progressive Dynamics unit to replace the WFCO if you want to.

The progressive dynamics is a drop in unit that directly replaces the wfco. Replaced the crappy wfco in our old tt with one and will do that swap again when our current wfco goes feet up. The pd unit is a much better quality and has a manual button to force it into bulk mode for fast charging.
