On my last TT I built a hitch platform and a mounting bracket that mounted to the hitch. The platform was just big enough for the generator plus attachments for my bike rack. Worked fine. When I moved to my fiver instead of leaving the generator out back I modified my original rack and bolted in the bed of the truck. The generator is now protected by three locks.

There really is not a place for the gen on the 19RR. I have a 21RR and I carry it inside and wheel it out if/when I need it.
Generally, I dont carry it at all unless I know we will need it.
I have the Champion 4000. If you have a inverter style, they are smaller and you may have some options that I dont have. Since the 19 and 21 are toy haulers, the rack on the back is not an oprion as it will be in the way of the ramp door.
I would imagine that an inverter style may fit on the front rack behind the propane tanks with the battery?

Good luck.
