Just purchased a used 376WP

Trying to figure out a few electrical issues:
1) Fuel gauge for gen set doesn't work. Doesnt even have power to it, so I dont think its the sender. Is there a seperate switch for the gauge? Maybe the timer for the pump has to be on?
2) Patio light (above door) works with switch. But round flood light near the front on passenger side doesnt work. Is this supposed to work with the same switch? There is a spot for a 'scare switch' on the same panel that is blanked. Maybe they forgot to wire it? Again, no power to the light so I know its not the bulb.
Previous owner only had it for a few months and never used it so he is no help.
Any help is greatly appreciated!
