That's true of CW, but I have seen FR step up and do some amazing things that they did not have to. FROG Bob has been instrumental in some of those, most of time the rig has gone back to the plant and they have done great job fixing all items.
Sometimes if working with CW they will say FR won't cover something on warranty but it ends up they never called or don't want to do repair.
If it's under warrantee get independent and get reimbursed
