We purchased new from camper world and we seen where the metal panel on the right rear of camper like about 2 to 3 inches covering the woods and camper world or forest river would not fix in under the warranty !!! Totally sucks. I will not buy from camper world or forest river again.

I'm confused. Was this not caught on the PDI at delivery? Did something happen to it? Are you the original owner? There must be more to the story....

There appears to be two holes where something was attached, find a unit like your and see what was there. It must have fallen off on your trips. It may be something you will need to order and reattach or make something to fit. No mater what make sure it is sealed good

Just curious... It took you 2 years to notice this and the one year warranty has now expired?
Not the end of the world...
I would get a piece of aluminum, paint to match and make the repair.
Or get some black Eternabond, cover the wood and seal with Dicor.

Is it the same on the other side of the ramp? I just went and looked at mine and my sheet metal comes down to the bumper. I don't think anything is missing I just think they did not start sheet metal low enough.

Probably would cost you less to get it fixed than taking a bath on trading it in, unless you found out the 19 rr is not what you want.

I am happy with mine. You hear more dissatisfaction on here than ones that love their RV. The ones that love their RV are out enjoying them.

Sorry you had bad experience. People with SOB are in same boat. If your on those websites enough you will see same thing.
