25RR Question, Water Heater

I'm looking at buying a 25RR that's already built and on the lot, but it has the "Six Gallon Turbo Water Heater" instead of the electric/gas unit.

How much propane do these things use? (without running the cabin heater). I'm wondering about the cost and how often I'll be refilling them. I do plan on living in the rig for 4-6 months. Should I look at changing out the stock water heater with an after market model?

Thanks in advance, lots of great info on this forum!

Depends on you, the more you use it the more gas you will buy.
If I read right this is like or is a tank less system so it will only use gas when you use it'
