26RR flooring repair

Where to begin, how about not thinking before doing something leading to needing a repair. I have a 2014 26RR and have been using a motorcycle stand from Harbor Freight to secure my bike when hauling. On one particular trip, the stand shifted and tore the vinyl floor in a couple of places. I contacted the factory in hopes of getting a scrap piece to repair the torn spots but after a couple of email exchanges, I was told that they do not use that style flooring any more nor do they have any scraps laying anywhere.

I'm writing this in hopes that 1) a forum moderator from FR may have an idea on a source for a piece of flooring or 2) a forum member might have some scrap pieces from previous repairs they might be willing to part with and/or know where to get more. I know someone else that has a Coachmen camper and they have the same flooring so my hope is there is a source somewhere.

Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated, I do not want to replace the entire floor for a couple of tears.

In my old TT I cutout a piece inside a base cabinet of dinette to patch a hole. I then put a piece of carpet in the area I cutout to hide it. easy !!!!

Looks like you skinned the top coat. Can you get by gluing the flap with some contact cement? The imperfections you might camoflage with a sharpie or something like a minwax stain pen. Might be a whole less grief than cutting out pieces of flooring or putting a rug over it

Look in a storage area or under a dinette seat. Get the pieces you need from there and then install a neutral piece to replace the less obvious area. Be sure to get the vinyl Brand name and see a carpet store for the correct seam glue some vinyls react badly to the wrong seam glue. I know from experience.

Ours has the vinyl to front of bed. Possibly cut out a good section from there if yours is the same. Or just cover with a throw rug.

I use a piece of conveyor belt full length of bike and rubber horse matt cut into small pieces to protect floor.
I dont have a fix for your floor.

What setup is that bluewoo? Did you have to drill into floor?

No drilling. I use tie downs to front lower triple tree and one one the back wheel.

Bike has never moved, wheel chalk is harbor freight.

Rubber horse mat are mostly used as levelers for camper.
