I noticed on my 26RR that the hinges allow for sideways adjustment at the bottom bolts.

One other thought as I travel on a very cold night - I would measure the door and the opening diagonally just to be sure they were made square. Over the top perhaps but one can never tell.
I did have a leak at the top of my door and could not fully seal it because of the poor seal design but I glued a piece of right angled plastic stripping right across just above the door and that fixed it.

Bummer. I guess in the scheme of things a kick stand is minimal. Glad to hear you and bike are good. DW can't watch me load or unload bike.

Specs of Garage

I wanted to post some info for anyone with questions about fitting toys into the garage. I have a Can Am Commander 1000 and the dimensions were EXTREMELY close to fitting in the garage area. I could not find any definitive info as to if my toy would fit or not. So I gambled and bought the 27rr based upon the intel I had. Good news! My side by side fits perfectly! I was most worried about the height. The life saver on this was how the ramp door comes down. It sets about 2" below the bottom of the garage which gives just enough clearance to allow the Commander in with no problems. I hope this helps someone else in the future if you are looking at this unit.

I took my toys to the dealer and loaded them in before the deal was done. Of course that was after I measured everything and chalked it out on the garage floor. That's just too much money to gamble with IMHO.

Good post, I'll add to it....

We have a 2015 RZR S 900 that fits very well. It's completely stock and there's about a foot left over in the front/back. I'm using (4) of the Harbor Freight wheel bonnets to tie it down. Really easy to get it loaded and secured after the first couple of attempts.

I have a question about the valves for the hot water heater our new camper only has hot water for a few seconds then gets cold I'm thinking one or more valves are in the wrong position.

Qwiktime: be sure both the valves coming out of the water heater are parallel to the pipes and the the valve in the bypass pipe between them is perpendicular. That is the working position. The opossite is for winterizing.
2 pics: 1 bypassed one not.

I pick up my 27RR tomorrow and am planning on taking it on it's first trip memorial day weekend. I'm getting nervous about tongue weight. I've seen a few people on this thread that put a rzr in the back of their 27rr and I'm wondering if you have any issues. the claimed tongue weight is about 900lbs but if i put a 1000lb rzr behind the axle, wouldn't that leave me with no weight on the tongue? Anyone putting the same or more weight in the back please chime in with some weights if you know them.

You wouldn't drop the tongue weight the same. The trailer axles would handle much of it. It will drop a little though. I don't even need to change my wdh when I load my goldwing in which is almost that heavy.

Ok I was hoping since the axles look to be more than half way back the trailer that I wouldn't effect it that much. I'll probably have to take it across a scale loaded and unloaded just for fun.

My Valkyrie at 900 lb I loaded with front wheel between the axles to take some weight off the tongue. I was towing 6800 with 700 lb tongue weight.

Welcome JoshHockey95, much to my surprise, the tongue weight remains right around 900 pounds with my Harley Ultra loaded and about 910 with out. I do have a Blue Ox WDH which helps as well. I also tow with a 2011 Ram 1500 quad cab, the first long trip I took last October with the HD in the garage, fridge and freezer full, half a tank of fresh water, some black water, the truck squatted a little to much and when I hit a couple dips on the highway, it would bounce for a half mile before it settled down ( I am thinking about installing airbags), that should solve that problem. Enjoy our 27RR, I sure enjoy mine, getting set up this weekend to go Memorial Weekend.

The air thingys will be the best $85 you can spend on towing upgrades. Simple installation. They only actually lift the truck less than 2 inches. Lateral stability is a big improvement.

They do not increase max vehicle weight, but who cares because you're probably so close to max rear axle weight it doesn't matter.

The wireless compressor system is really nice but does cost about $290 or so.
