If they don't move them or fix. I'm a welder I'll fix my self and I agree the chains are the backup support and they need the proper spacing. I don't feel I should have to shell out the extra $$ I like my hitch. If they don't fix it with all the other stuff I got wrong I'll move it my self .

27RR Grey Wolf

Rmac04401 - it's going great. I went to Conway AR for 3 weeks to work with the UMC NOMADS and then came to Dade City FL since Dec 21. I have been working with Habitat Care-a-Vanners and will into early April.
I ride with my motorcycle friends on the weekends as well.
The 26RR has been flawless, I must say. I will be working on the awning to create a deflapping system despite having the poles and tie downs installed.
I'd recommend NOMADS & Habitat to anyone.
You can see my pix on Facebook.

Awesome to hear. We took ours down to Florida over MLK weekend. Had a great time and love love the 26rr. Really loved riding motorcycle in January. It's still sitting in trailer because too much snow to get it to the shed/garage.

I'm not understanding what you guys are talking about? Are the chains attached to the trailer are too close together?

Harbor freight has a 10,000 lb WDH for $210. Just saying.

I say the chains are too close to the hitch and when you have to nave sharp turns catches chains on head of hitch. I believe they should be a little farther back. And probably a little garter apart everyone has their own opinion ..

I know I could alway buy a new hitch. The one I got is brand new and works great . I'm a cheap skate and would rather do some welding and mods to make it work the way I think they should be and the same as my other trailers

27rr ramp deck

I would like to make the ramp into a deck using cables. The door part is pretty straight forward does anyone have any pictures of where to attach the cables to the trailer?
