27RR Front Door Entry Steps

Does anyone else rarely use their 27RR's front door entry steps? We find that we use the rear steps at the side door to garage much more often than the front steps. Using the garage side door also keeps you from tracking up the floor, keeping things cleaner. You can leave your shoes, sandles, etc. in garage and wipe feet on floor mat before entering living area which really helps keep the front section clean.

The front steps are also much bigger and take time to deploy, adjust, etc. but are very sturdy. They take up a lot of room when they are folded up inside of door way into kitchen area and are sometimes in your way if they are not deployed.

I could see you might need them if you have frequent guests because they are so sturdy but if its just the two of us do we really need them? Has anyone removed their front steps to make more room inside thier 27RR?
