My wife and I bought ordered a new 2018 255rr from Lakeshore RV. A ladder was ordered but it came without it. The manufacturer says one can be added after the fact ok but its been 3 months fighting to get it installed. Very frustrated with both Forest River and the dealer. Once we left the lot the burden of getting this done was definitely on us or no ladder. You should call Forest River but dont hold your breath on getting an answer.

Yes. We purchased from them before and were happy with their prices and service so when we upgraded to our new 5th wheel we went back and ordered again last October. Outside of the missing ladder they did fine again but dealing with getting the missing ladder issue resolved has been a nightmare, as it's nearing February and still ... no ladder!!

I had a similar experience, they were great during the whole purchase process, but soon as I drove off the lot they forgot who I was and I couldn't get the sales rep to return a call or email. I posted a bad review on their FBook page and got an instant response. They sent me 1 of the 4 pieces I needed for my heated couch and I never heard back from them again.

Yes, I mounted one on the back of my 19RR, next to the ramp. On my trailer I found secure anchor points. Not sure if they all have them.

Bought it on Ebay for around $80

I suggest you contact Coachman customer service and ask them. They have been more than helpful helping me out and I have even received blue print from them since I wanted to add cabinets to my TH26.

On the blue print I have, it appears there are 2 pcs. of support about 4 1/2 to 5 feet from the back wall on the curb side of the unit. I would double check with them to be certain.

It appears your Ramp Door is full width,so a Side mount Ladder might be your option! Some are Perm others must be removed! I would contact MFG because SECURE mounting is VERY critical! Youroo!! PS
