Advice for potential Wolf Pup buyer

I'm looking to purchase a slightly used 2016 16BHS off a used dealer lot that was manufactured in July 2015. I'm not sure the history but it appears to have been stored outside uncovered as all the exposed black paint on the frame is somewhat dulled out. Inside is very nice and still smells new. And the box itself still shines nice. But I'm curious looking at the surface rust on the jacks and brake drums if this is normal at less than 1 year old. Can any owners chime in. I should also mention the propane line looks very rusty, but i'm told that's normal if they're not coated. Thanks

Hopeful future owner

Yes, some rust is normal. A lot of these trailers travel several states rain/snow to make it to dealer - then sit.
propane pipe is going to rust - just a piece of steel piping.
