Awning Idler head cap replacement

Has anyone had to replace awning idler head cap. Last time out discovered I am missing just the bottom half of the head cap. Just wondering if their is some place I can order on line.

Are you talking about the cap holding the spring on the end of the awning tube? I'm not familiar with Idler head cap.

the plastic caps on the end of the awning arms. Not sure of awning make that comes on the RR26 , just figured it was Dometic but having no luck finding parts. Will probably have to call dealer.
Looks like caps are two piece and just snap together, where as others I have seen have screws holding the two halves together.

It might be an LcI domestic but it does sound like a carefree when you talk about plastic two piece caps. Boy a pic would really be helpful

Mine came off for no reason also. I'll bet money it is made by Carefree. They are located in Colorado. I called them and they were more than helpful replacing mine for free, heck they sent me two of them. Give them a call. I'm sure they will take care of you.
