Fuel station help

Hello. Brand new member and first time camper owner. Just bought an 09 Wolf Pack toy hauler, 27 DFWP. Took it out over Memorial Day for the first time and had a blast. Had an issue that I hope someone here can help me with. First-tried to fill up the fuel station at the gas station and it didn't want to accept hardly any fuel. Could only put in about 2 gallons. (bought it as a repo, so thought it may have gas in it still) Tried to turn the nozzle on and couldn't get the station to work. Turned the timer on, but nothing, no sound like I would expect a pump to make. Any ideas or suggestions on where to start? The manual doesn't even mention the fuel station Thanks to any that can help.

Mine has a switch on the inside, on my control panel, so you can turn it off and nobody can steal gas, also when I fill the tanks, I have to fill very slowly or it will keep tripping the nosell.

I really appreciate a lot. That was it. Took a while to find my switch, but we finally found it.

I had the same issue with fueling the tank at the gas station. It wouldn't fill up. I had to adjust the hose under the trailer. It had a slight sag in it causing fuel to back up and shut the pump off.
