Help! Belly cover in the way!

I have a 2011 Wolf Pack 396WP. Me, my wife and 5 chihuahuas spend about 300 days per year in it for work. I am intending to upgrade to electric dump valves for black and gray water with a switch inside, but I have to access the valves to do this. The belly cover is in my way. How do I do this without destroying the cover?

There should be metal strips with screws in them running the length of the trailer holding the underbelly up.

PS dont do it on a windy day !

The strips are behind the cover and run the width. What puzzles me is that there are no slits where the waste water pipe comes through, only holes. I guess that I will have to make slits there, but I'm worried that once reinstalled with those slits, the wind will tear it up. It appears to be something like black cardboard on steroids. Do you know what it is made of?

It's corrugated plastic. Some of the large home improvement stores carry it: Clicky
