Hitch install on 27' toy hauler

I have a 2008 27 GTFW wolf pack. I was wondering if anyone out there has put a hitch on the back. If you have, did you find one that went right on, or did you have to have one fabricated?

What would be your intended purpose for installing a hitch on the back ?
IF its for towing another trailer I would not recommend it .
Not to mention triple tow is illegal in some states.
Some states also have a max combined length law as well.

Some more info is needed here to better assess your question .

I wasnt asking for your reccomindations, or for you to tell me what the laws are. The question was if there was anyone that has installed a hitch on the back of there 27GTFW and if it bolted on, or if they had to have one welded.

Im not offened, it just seems that when you ask a question on this forum, you always get a different answer, or someone's opinion, other that the answer to the question.

no worries .

IMO you will be hard pressed to find very many people who has installed a hitch on the back of a late model camper .
I will leave it at that .

Most of the hitches I see around here have been welded on with some square tube and a reciever tube. In SD, most everyone pulls a big boat behind their 5th wheels or jet skis behind TT's. The latter doesn't look right to me. All of that is legal here though with a 75 length limit.

Joshua, I am sorry you feel that way.
We are all trying to help you in our own way.
I think F1100turbo was only trying to find out more about an issue you felt concerned about to post.
This is a pretty sharp rebuke, don't you think?

Sockman, Quad411 is new. He may have lurked here for a while or he may not have. I think your comment was uncalled for and can only serve to make a sensitive situation worse.

Remember we are all here to learn something and

Yeah, I was curious if it was to put a rack on for bikes or a grill, or to actually tow something else behind...
