How to raise 26RR to change flat tire

I have searched all over but surprised I can't find any info. Can I use a leveling step to raise one of the axles to changed the other tire or will that do damage to the axle? What is the correct way to raise it to change a flat?

I use the jack in my tow vehicle on my 21RR but I have to keep a 4 way lug wrench in the trailer since my trucks lug wrench won't fit the trailers lug nuts.

Google is your friend. You will get many ideas quickly, as there are several different ways. I have a 'tire buddy', but have also used my tow vehicle jack. Sometimes both at the same time.
Situations are different at different places and locations.

Yes you can use leveling blocks to drive up on to raise the other axel. Or if you have leaf-springs you can do what I do. Use a bottle jack like this. Be safe and use jack stands under the frame.

Like modemem says, I use 3 2X6 to drive up on good tire and opposite tire comes off the ground. But loosen lug nuts prior to lifting.

Trailer Aid Tandem Tire Changing Ramp, The Fast and Easy Way To Change A Trailer's Flat Tire, Holds up to 15,000 lbs, 4.5 Inch Lift (Yellow).

Back it up on the good tire or pull forward on the good tire and it is all ready to change.
