Jack Stabilizer mounting

I was given as a gift a brand new JT Strong Arm Jack Stabilzer. I have the Vengeance 29V which has a spare tire mounted where the directions say I need to mount the brackets. Has anyone come up with a workaround other than removing the spare? I searched the forums but couldn't find anything referencing a spare tire issue.

On another note, the instructions have a number to call to help you with the install. The person who answers told me that they don't provide support for aftermarket.

Pictures of the problem area would help with possible solutions.

Is it possible to move the spare over enough to mount the bars?

The only place to move the spare would be back. In the picture you can see there is a slinky holder behind the tire. Six inches past that is a box built into the frame that has nothing in it and won't fit the tire inside and it would be too low outside of it.

Right now my only option is to remove the spare China boom which looking at history would be a bad move.

Would move the slinky box to some other location and gain about 10"-12" to use for moving the spare back out of the way.
