LED lights on 315wp

We picked up our new 315wp yesterday.Last night when we got home (250 mile drive) I noticed that the led lights on the nose cap were not on.I just figured they were switched on with the rest of the driveing lights but I guess no.So how do they turn on? Also the led light strip under the awning only lights 1/2 way down the side of the coach. Is this normal ? The unit towed GREAT,tracked straight,no semi wiggle and no chunk. I did have the pinbox swapped out for a reese Goose Box as I have a horse trailer and did not want the hassel of changeing hitches all the time. Its an air hitch and well worth the investment.

Congrats! The cap lights should come on with running lights. It could be something in the connection on the plug.

Hey trbomax,
I also have a 2015 315wp and have no idea how to turn on the front cap LEDs. Did u figure out how to get them on?

I have a switch next to my main entrance door that is lit blue when the switch is on that I don't know it's purpose. Any ideas?
Thanks

The blue are just highlights. Mine are red, in the front.

The lights on the front cap of my camper are red. They are just there to highlight the front while your camping. I'm not sure why they picked red for the front. If someone forgets to turn them off before towing, it could cause issues with traffic. I've seen blue in the same place on other campers, just to highlight it and also to keep you from whacking your head while walking around at night.

The running lights are amber for driving at night.
..
I'm not sure how I quoted my own post, sorry. I'll add this:
I have amber running lights for towing

Ok I understand. I just don't know how to turn mine on... I'm guessing mine will be blue if I ever get them on because the LEDs under the awing are blue lol.
Do you know what the switch is for next to the main door? The switch itself is lit blue when turned on.
Thanks

Mine is under the front on the drivers side, right next to the landing gear switch. I'm not sure where your switch would be located. Hopefully someone who knows will chime in.

Can you take a picture of it? Can it be for the round scare light on the side of your camper, step light?

Could it be for the water heater when the gas burner kicks in? I have a red lighted switch that illuminates when the burner turns on to heat the water. It turns off when the burner turns off. Ceiling fan? I grasping at straws trying to figure it out.
Is it the exterior amber door/porch light?

I have a red indicator light for the water heater next to the switch on that little water level gauge in the pic. The Amber porch light has a switch on the cabinet. I have no celling fan.

I have heating pads on my black, grey, and fresh water tanks. I turned the switch on and tested for power on the heating pads but not for that either.

I am away from home now for two weeks so I will try and figure it out when I get home.

Thanks for the help and suggestion is appreciated

Well if the led lights on the cap are red and just for decoration, then I dont care if they work or not.I thought they would be amber running lights that actually served a purpose. Thanks for the info though! As far as the mystery switch is concerned,i have no way of checking that out as I have the batt out for the winter and the snow around the trailer is ******* deep to an elephant!

The lights on the cap will be blue if it's the same as mine.
