Too, each state should have an agency to report consumer problems. In Louisiana, the Attorney General is the state agency. In past years, the Louisiana AG has been good about stepping up to the plate when its citizens have been wronged by companies.

that dealer is a winger dinger
we drove 30 to 40 trailers every day
at the City of San Diego Parks Dept
trailers of all sizes - license required Class A,B and C
we had to get onto the park grass so we
(((bounced curbs))) with them everyday serveral times

I NEVER KNEW OF ((NOT ONE)) TO BREAK OR CRACK

yes true we at the City bought known top quality trailers
so one would expect them to hold up

but also
when I bought my well known travel trailer
I EXPECTED the frame to be at least AVERAGE in strenth

Well looking at the transport Canada page, I see it's under investigation already! well I hope that gives me some more ammo in our case!

If that is the case, you MUST contact them so they have your info and know
that they are not just dealing with an isolated incident! Canada and the USA have reciprocal agreements on recalls etc so this is a very good thing!

I will send in my info this morning. sure glad that when this happened, I didn't have my 10month old daughter in the vehicle!! Otherwise that trailer would prob still be on the hiway!

Well got the reply from the dealer, and they are going to warranty it!! Sounds good to me, but we will have to wait and see!
