Our son has his own business here in Idaho. He sells wood pellet grills (Louisanna Grills) along with barbecue accessories and and home/ guns safes. A weird combination but it has worked well for him. I have been using wood pellets for quite a few years. Recently we purchased a Traeger Junior to use on our camping trips. I couldn't stand the thought of having to use propane or messing with charcoal while camping. It has led to quite a few new campground friends. Once you get the flavor of using wood pellets nothing else will do. While I don't do any competition grilling I have become pretty good at ribs, brisket, and pork butts, at least my friends that like to eat over think so.

Always great to run into another Pellethead, good luck with your future competitions.
