Modified Harbor Freight Chock for ToyHauler
I modified my Harbor Freight Wheel Chock, it's now stronger and universal I can bolt it to the floor of almost any trailer or mount it in my Toy Hauler using the "D" rings already mounted in the floor. The yellow bar is 2" perforated square tube or sign post, with 1/8" or 1/4" angle iron and 7/16" bolts to clamp the "D" ring. Used nylon bushings to take the side to side play out of the chock(3rd pic). You can change the position of the chock by unbolting it from the bar and move it from one side to the other or centered, also by using the holes in the bar you can bolt it to the floor or any trailer or vehicle you choose, it's very sturdy.

Very nice! This may be the best set up that I've seen on here. Way more versatile than mine!.
Did you have to drill to match up holes in the front of the chock with the post to attach them? You could sell this as a kit.

Yeah, sometimes even a blind squirrel finds a nut.....lol. I got lucky
Yes, the yellow bar is 48" long and I centered the post/bar on the chock and drilled 7/16 holes in the chock to match the bar. You can make the bar pretty much any length you choose depending on the width of your ToyHauler and location of tie downs. I found the vinyl protective end caps for the tube on ebay if you can't find them locally.

My 26RR is to nose heavy when HF chock is even with D rings. I have to move it back 14 ". I have 3000 + miles hauling my Valkyrie. Smaller bikes may not be a problem.

I have a Cherokee 27 Wolf Pack and haul a 2013 Goldwing F6B 900 lb bike, there's plenty of room to move the chock forward or back on the "D" rings as needed to distribute the weight

Very nice. Thanks for sharing. But I still prefer my 14 ratchet straps and two guys riding in the back to hold the bike upright seeing how many beers they can consume without passing out. But really, great setup and I do appreciate you sharing it with us. Stay safe...

I would like to mount the wheel only that way the bike can still have front shock dampening. I have a m109r so not much shock travel and don't want to bottom the shocks out.

Does anyone know if Forest River will put different D rings in your toy hauler if you want to the one's from the factory are kind of cheap I'd like some that are a lot heavier than we have.
