More 19RR Farkling!...Cutting big holes in the side!

Took the saw to the Forest River 19RR toy hauler today to add another cargo door on the right side....

Added some shelves in the closet and a couple "On Door" organizers I built

Installed an over the cook range hood and ventilator

And cut another hole in the side for the exhaust

Made a really neat silverware sliding tray

THANKS!...Did lots more today. Getting ready to go away for a week starting tomorrow night

Totally reconfigured the storage area under the bed. Having this hatch open "East / West" was ridiculous. The mattress hits the sloped nose and it is a bear to lift. I decided to create access on three sides...Top with the lid opening "North / South - Front inside the trailer - and outside through the new cargo door.

First I finished the solar control area and separated it from the storage area

Still have to hook up the inverter....

I tore everything out and reused just about every piece of wood and cherry paneling. All I had to buy was a 48" X 48" piece of 3/4" plywood for the new mattress deck.

The top now opens relatively easily

There is a ton of great cargo space in here!

The front area now has a dfoor to access without lifting the mattress.

All in all I'm super pleased with this modification!

Nice Work.

Very impressive. I'm trying to work up the guts to cut some holes in my Wolf Pup. Pretty scary. Thanks for the great pictures. Did you make your own power cables? Travel safely and KEEP THE FAITH...

Did a bunch more stuff today. Installed a "Fence Post Cover" sewer pipe drawer under the trailer, got the inverter wired up and installed two dedicated outlets. Mounted the spare tire on the ramp. Installed a few hold downs on the edge of the ramp to strap things to the ramp while underway and added LED strip lighting to the cabinets with a switch that turns them on when the door opens and off when it closes!

I think I'm done!!!
