The first thing I would do is make sure the slide when closed is square to the rig. From your description it sounds like it may be out at the bottom an in at the top as viewed from outside. Check that and have it adjusted to have the slide parallel to the rig.

Not the same trailer but I have a vengeance 311a13 that did the same thing. Dealer pulled the slide and there was a “extra” piece of wood under the slide causing the issue, dealer fixed the slide and put a new floor in my trailer
yep, ours did this early on, and CW found one of our picture frames stuck under the slide, it caused the slide to 'lean' to far forward when coming in, touching the flooring.
