New 19RR

Hi all,
We took delivery on our toyhauler this week and I was noticing that where the tub meets the wall is not caulked. For any owners of the same or similar models, did you caulk the tub? I was also thinking of adding tub corners so that I don't have water run off the tub edge onto the floor any pros or cons?

Thanks!!!
Mary

Hi Mary!!

Welcome to the forum and congratulations on your purchase!

I went ahead and caulked mine using clear caulking. It won't hurt to do so and gives you peace of mind.

Happy Camping!!

Thanks! I guess that this will be our first project then since I HATE water getting anywhere it's not suppose to be. :-)

I have also noticed the same thing (missing caulk where the shower enclosure walls meet the tub) but assumed the tub's "lip" extends up a good inch or so behind the wall (see attached picture) which would prevent water from sipping in behind the tub/wall. Have I assumed wrong?
