Ive had my 25rr for 4 weeks. Drove it home from dealer 3 hours and parked it in my yard. Ive been in and out of it setting it up. I noticed three bumps coming up from the floor. One looks like it could come thru the flooring. They are in a straight line a foot apart. Has anyone had this happen? Looks like some type of loose fasteners. This really sucks.

Haven't seen that before, but I just bought my 28bh late this summer myself. It sounds like you are correct about fasteners coming through the flooring. I would call the dealer asap and talk to them. Best to get it fixed now, so you will have it ready to go in a couple months.

Quality Control???????

Went to pick up our brand new 2012 Wolfpack 305WP (first RV) November 30th. It's still at the dealer. We produced a 4 page list of OBVIOUS defects in material/workmanship; not the least of which being the need for a new roof. Now we read about Lippert frames falling apart.
So far, Forest River has authorized dealer to fix all of our problems. We're anxiously awaiting our "PDI part deux".

Appreciate all the great info here. Hopefully we'll be on the road soon.

My dealer was shut down over the holidays. I called Thur. When they returned. They were help full answered all my questions. By the end of the same day the Forrest River rep called me direct. So far great service.
