New member and new owner

I just bought a 2018 27RR. We have plans to go out west this summer and take our 2018 Can Am Commander. My toy hauler has a camera mount on the back for a FOS48TA-BL Camera. Have any of you installed this camera ? if so are you happy with it ?

I heard from one forum the camera power is on all the time ?

Any tips or things to be aware of with my 27rr ??

This is my first camper so my ears are open...LOL

Thanks

FR usually takes power from the clearance lights. If it's anything like my Surveyor 243RBS, if you apply the Furrion observation camera, it will be on anytime the clearance lights are on.

I use and recommend the furrion camera. It makes backing up day or night a breeze. It eliminates that huge blind spot behind you going down the road.

I found mine on ebay for $260 from a Florida RV dealer.

Thanks, I ordered the Furrion FOS48TA-BL today. We've seen crazy rain here the last 12 hrs. Last report i saw we had over 3" and more on the way tonight. Bad news is, i went out an checked the inside of my new 2018 27RR in my driveway and found water on the floor. The water was in the bathroom and a few drops in front of the entertainment center. Not for sure, but thinking it came from the bathroom vent. Checked the tightness of the vent cover, and i was able to tighten it more than it was. The dealer showed us how to operate the vent during the demo, so im praying it leaked because they didn't completely tighten it down.
